Kisho Kurokawa
Kurokawa was a contemporary of Arata Isozaki, work includes the Nakagin Capsule Hotel in Tokyo, Central Plaza 1 in Brisbane; Melbourne Central; Lane Crawford Place and Republic Plaza in Singapore; Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia, New Wing of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam; National Arts Center, Tokyo; Singapore Flyer and Fusionopolis Phase 1 in Singapore. Kurokawa designed the Showa Denko Dome Oita, the home of Oita Trinita Football Team and site of 2002 World Cup and 2019 Rugby World Cup matches.
