Cycling on Himeshima

Himeshima, with its very limited number of vehicles, relaxed and quiet lifestyle, limited hills to climb and very few vehicles, provides a delightful environment for a leisurely exploration on bicycle. Electrical-assist cycles are available immediately in front of the island’s port, where ferries arrive from Imi on the Kunisaki Peninsula. Electric vehicles are also available for rent for those who would like to explore in an even less taxing fashion.
